A letter about self-worth, faith, resilience, and breaking unhealthy cycles.

You are not defined by what happened to you. You do not need someone else to validate your worth. You are valuable and worthy of respect. You are going to make mistakes, but you will learn from them. Do not allow unhealthy relationships to define who you are. When someone offers you a path that leads away from your values, walk away. Seek purpose. Seek faith. Seek the things that build you up instead of the things that tear you down. You are stronger than you realize. Go after your goals. It is never too late to change your life. And most importantly: I believe in you.
